SPOTLIGHT: New award program for wireless health innovation
The Vodafone Americas Foundation and the mHealth Alliance have created a new award to spur innovation in wireless technology that addresses important health challenges globally, with a focus on developing parts of the world. The mHealth Alliance Award will provide the winner with $50,000 in cash and in-kind benefits, including access to the Global Social Benefit Incubator Program at Santa Clara University in California. The winner also is eligible for prizes as large as $300,000 as part of the Vodafone Wireless Innovation Project. Press release
